Before maintenance

1. Park the roller on a level surface to facilitate complete discharge of the engine oil;

2. Start the engine and raise the engine oil temperature to 30-40 degrees to increase the fluidity of the oil and allow impurities to quickly mix with the oil and be discharged together;

3. Turn off the engine, put each operating handle in the middle position, pull down the brake, and cut off the main power supply of the main engine;

4. Check whether the fixing bolts of the engine and components are loose and whether there is leakage in each part;

5. Check the tightness of each engine belt (press down 10-15mm), and adjust it if it is not appropriate.

Engine maintenance

1. First, drain the engine oil. When draining the oil, there will be some temperature. Open the oil filling port slowly to release the residual pressure of the engine to prevent the oil from splashing when draining 

the oil. Clean the impurities adsorbed by the drain plug magnet and the drain port, and check for abnormal impurities and foreign matter;

2. Replace the engine diesel filter. The diesel filter is for one-time use. It is strictly forbidden to clean and reuse it. When installing the diesel filter, apply a small amount of lubricating oil on the sealing ring, 

tighten it by hand until the sealing gasket contacts the filter cover, and then tighten it half a turn to 3/4 of a turn, and do not tighten it too tight, which will cause the filter and sealing ring to deform and leak oil.

3. Replace the engine oil filter. The oil filter is also disposable. It is strictly forbidden to clean and reuse it. When installing a new filter, fill it with lubricating oil to prevent the engine from being damaged by the 

delayed oil supply and inadequate lubrication when the engine is started after maintenance. When installing the filter, apply a small amount of lubricating oil on the sealing ring, tighten it by hand until the 

sealing gasket contacts the filter cover, and then tighten it half a turn to 3/4 of a turn. Do not tighten it too much, which will cause the filter element and sealing ring to deform and leak oil.

4. Check, clean and replace the air filter element. In dusty working conditions, dust must be cleaned every day after the equipment is stopped. The outer filter element can be cleaned with compressed air from 

the inside out. The air filter element must be replaced after six uses. Check whether the filter seal is good and clean the inside of the shell.

5. Check whether the engine coolant is normal and whether there are impurities, deterioration and abnormalities. If it is insufficient, it must be added. It is not advisable to overfill the water tank to cause excessive pressure in the water tank, causing water tank failure and coolant outflow. It is strictly forbidden to mix different types of antifreeze to cause chemical reactions.

6. Fill the engine lubricant with the correct type. Clean the oil filling port when filling to prevent foreign matter from entering the engine with the lubricant. Fill the oil to the mark above the middle of the oil 

dipstick. The lubricant type is SAE15W-40CF grade (add SAE10W-30 when the ambient temperature is low), and the amount is 28 liters.

7. After maintenance, wipe and clean the oil stains on the engine filter, oil drain port, and oil filling port, start the engine for a short time, check whether the engine is abnormal or leaking, then stop the engine 

and check whether the engine oil level is normal again. If it is insufficient, it must be added to the standard oil level.
