First start with the engine warm-up, start the excavator and let the engine run at low speed for 5 minutes. At the same time, the following checks are performed during the preheating process:
Check whether the engine oil warning light and charging reminder light are off.
Listen to the sound of the engine and observe whether the color of the engine exhaust is normal.
Check whether there is oil leakage or water leakage in the machine, and check whether there are abnormalities in various parts.
NO.2 Hydraulic system preheating link
After the engine is fully warmed up, we will control the hydraulic system to do some simple warm-up exercises to help the excavator "move its muscles"
Set the engine to medium speed and operate the front attachment to preheat.
Adjust the engine speed to the highest speed and allow the bucket and stick to move continuously for 5 minutes.
Lift up the machine tracks and preheat the left and right traveling motors respectively.
In the cold winter, while keeping yourself warm, you should also do a good job of preheating the excavator. This can reduce the failure rate and extend the service life.
