Diesel forklifts, electric forklifts and rough terrain forklifts are each adapted to different working environments:
1. Diesel forklift trucks:
- Usually suitable for outdoor or well-ventilated indoor environments, as it uses diesel as the power source, it will produce exhaust emissions.
- Suitable for heavy load and long time operation, because the diesel engine has good power, overload capacity and long time operation capacity.
- Diesel forklift trucks have good stability and are suitable for heavy loads with unlimited usage time .
2. Electric forklift:
- Suitable for indoor environments, especially for places that require low noise and no exhaust emission, such as warehouses, logistics centers, supermarkets, etc..
- Electric forklifts are easy to operate, flexible, and the labor intensity of operators is relatively low.
- Due to the advantages of low noise and no exhaust emission, electric forklift trucks perform well in environmental protection and energy saving.
3. Rough Terrain Forklifts:
- Rough terrain forklifts are designed to work on slopes and uneven ground, with good passability and off-road performance.
- They are suitable for working in town construction sites, pipeline laying, oil field development, mountainous and forested areas and other field projects, as well as loading and unloading of
containers in dock yards.
- 4WD off-road forklifts are especially suitable for traveling on muddy and rugged roads, such as construction sites, quarries, mines and other terrain .
- They are also suitable for wet environments, deserts, snow, and high altitudes, demonstrating strong driving power and adaptability to extreme weather conditions.
The design and characteristics of each forklift enable them to adapt to specific working environments, so the actual working conditions and needs need to be taken into account when choosing a
forklift.
