Bucket angle selection:When the equipment is doing stripping and loosening operations, the construction angle between the bucket and the ground is very important. Digging range of bucket rod:Usually, the angle of the stick is 45° from the far side (front) to 30° inside (rear). Construction is carried out when the torque of the stick is maximum. Do not extend the stick farthest and retract it inward (end of cylinder stroke), which will cause high resistance and low efficiency. And the fuel consumption is high.
Excavate in layers and take soil in layers:No matter what the excavation conditions are, especially when laying foundations or digging trenches, the use of layered excavation can not only make the edges of the trench more tidy and ensure straightness, but also allow the three oil cylinders to work with the easiest load to shake the soil. Or when loading the truck, take the topsoil first and never take it from the bottom first, because the upper soil pressure and the lower soil require more effort when the boom is lifted. As long as it can be fully dug every time, there is no need to start from the bottom. Dig.
Coordination of working equipment:Small excavations are basically equipped with bulldozers, and the frequency of use is quite high, which also causes problems with the service life of the traveling terminal! Therefore, when bulldozing, you can use a bucket to loosen it first, and then push it in layers. If you really can't push it, try not to do it recklessly. Everyone knows that if it is unavoidable, you can use your forearm to pull and push at the same time, just like climbing a hill. Avoid long periods of ineffective idling:In daily construction, the idling time of many customers' equipment accounts for 40-50% of the equipment's operating time. The oil burned by the engine during the idling time does not create any value and is wasted. In other words, as the saying goes: it is "burning money." Take an excavator that works 2,000 hours a year as an example. If the idling speed reaches 40%, and it consumes about 3.7 liters of fuel for 1 hour of idling, this excavator will generate about 20,000 yuan more in fuel expenses a year.
