1. Drive carefully
When the agricultural crawler transport vehicle is traveling, be careful not to cross obstacles at high speed or make sharp turns under heavy loads; drive at low speed on high and uneven roads and try to avoid emergency braking; when climbing hills with loads or on muddy roads When driving, the walking system cannot be seriously slipped.
2. Check front wheel alignment
If the front wheel of an agricultural crawler transport vehicle has too much camber and a small toe-in, it will easily cause eccentric wear during walking. The main reason is that the front axle bearing and bushing are deformed due to impact, or the front axle telescopic sleeve fastening device is loose, which will cause the front wheel positioning angle to change, causing abnormal wear, so it must be used during use. Always check whether the positioning angle of the front wheel is appropriate and adjust the toe-in.
3. Timely cleaning and cleaning
After the operation of the agricultural crawler transport vehicle is completed, the sludge contaminated on the wheels and tracks must be removed (cleaned) in time to keep the walking system clean. In particular, the end oil seal device of the track roller must be cleaned, inspected and maintained in time. In addition, be careful not to let oil, acid, alkali and other corrosive substances contaminate rubber tires.
4. Maintain normal track tension
Before using an agricultural track transport vehicle, carefully check whether the tracks are suitable. If the track is too loose or too tight, it will easily cause accelerated wear of the track shoes, track
shafts and wheels, so appropriate tension must be maintained.
5. Pay attention to working conditions
When working in low-lying paddy fields, try to avoid getting the car stuck. After the car gets stuck, use traction and pushing to eliminate it. Do not increase the accelerator (black smoke) to cause
the walking system to adjust to idling. When working in dry land with sharp root stubble and high stubble, it is necessary to prevent the tires from being punctured and the rotating shaft from being
entangled with crop straw.
