Mini excavator maintenance intervals are usually determined based on the manufacturer's recommendations and equipment usage. However, there are some general maintenance intervals that can be used as a reference:
1. Daily maintenance: Before and after work every day, basic inspections of the equipment are required, including applying butter to lubrication points, checking oil levels (such as engine oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, etc.), cleaning air filters, etc.
2. 100-hour maintenance: Every 100 working hours or so, more detailed inspections may be required, such as checking and adjusting track tension, checking engine belt tension, replacing or cleaning the air filter, etc.
3. 250-hour maintenance: When reaching 250 hours of operation, it may be necessary to replace the engine oil and filter element, check the tension of the fan belt and air-conditioning compressor belt, check the battery electrolyte, etc.
4. 500-hour maintenance: every 500 hours of working, it is recommended to replace the hydraulic oil filter element, check and clean the radiator, replace the hydraulic oil, etc.
5. 1000 hours maintenance: At 1000 hours, in addition to routine maintenance, it may also be necessary to replace the hydraulic oil, check the turbocharger, replace the anti-corrosion filter element, etc.
6. Maintenance above 2000 hours: In a longer working cycle, such as 2000 hours, more in-depth inspections may be required, including cleaning the hydraulic tank filter, checking engine valve clearance, checking shock absorbers, etc.
7. Maintenance above 4000 hours: above 4000 hours, it is recommended to increase the inspection of the water pump and replace the hydraulic oil at 5000 hours.
However, it should be noted that these data are for most cases. For special models, it is necessary to follow the product instructions to maximize the maintenance of the machine.
The specific maintenance plan should follow the mini excavator manufacturer's maintenance manual, because different models and usage conditions may require different maintenance cycles and items. Regular maintenance is essential to maintain equipment performance and extend its service life.
