Secondary maintenance (accumulated working hours of 250 hours, forklift traveled approximately 12,500 km)
1. Replace the engine oil, clean the oil pan and oil filter;
2. Clean the oil filter and replace the filter element;
3. Replace the oil in the injection pump and air compressor.
4. Clean the fuel tank, fuel pump filter and pipeline;
5. Replace the diesel filter element;
6 Use compressed air to blow away the dust in the generator, check whether each component is normal, and deal with abnormal parts;
7. Adjust the valve clearance and check the valve spring;
8. Check the opening pressure and atomization quality of the injector and adjust if necessary.
Second and third level maintenance (accumulated working hours of 1000 hours, forklift travels about 50000 km)
1. Clean the cooling system and remove scale;
2. Clean the oil cooler;
3. Replace the air filter and diesel filter;
4. Disassemble and inspect the cylinder head, check the valve sealing, remove carbon deposits, and grind the valves as needed;
5. Check the tightness of the cylinder head bolts, main bearing bolts, and connecting rod bolts. If the tightening torque is insufficient, re-tighten them to the specified value;
6. Check the generator and starter motor, clean and repair them, and add new grease;
7. Check the injection pump, adjust the fuel supply advance angle, and adjust the injection pump as needed;
8. Check the air compressor, grind the valves as needed, and remove carbon deposits.
